• The DMEAL Coordinator leads the development and strengthening of RRM’s systems for program design, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning.
• This role helps ensure that RRM’s programs are effective, evidence-based, and continuously improving.
• The DMEAL Coordinator works closely with program managers and leadership to strengthen program quality, develop practical monitoring systems, improve accountability practices, and support organizational learning.
• This role also helps RRM identify the most meaningful evidence to collect and use in order to improve programs and communicate impact to churches, communities, donors, and partners.
• The position requires both technical and relational skills, including supporting field staff, facilitating learning discussions, analyzing information, and translating evidence into practical program improvements.
• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strengthen program design, logical frameworks, indicators, and theory of change development Lead RRM’s monitoring systems, reporting processes, and data quality improvement efforts Support the use of digital tools and technology for data collection, analysis, and reporting Conduct and support qualitative and quantitative assessments and evaluations Strengthen accountability systems, complaints and feedback mechanisms (CFM), and responsible data practices Facilitate learning and reflection activities that help teams improve program quality Train and support staff in monitoring, reporting, data collection, and accountability processes Support proposal development, donor reporting, and organizational learning.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Development studies, statistics, economics, social sciences, public health, research methods, or a related field WORK HISTORY: DMEAL, MEAL, research, program quality, or related work for 3 to 5 years as a minimum SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Experience developing monitoring systems, indicators, assessments, and reporting tools Strong skills in data collection, analysis, reporting, and facilitation Ability to commun
