For local consulting firms officially registered in Cambodia, please also attach the following: Certificate of Incorporation, VAT Tax Certificate, Patent Tax Certificate for 2026.
For appraisers please attached ID Cards.

The financial offer should be net and subject to Value-Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Cambodian Tax Law.
For appraisers, the financial offer is gross and inclusive of Withholding Tax (WHT) 15%.
