• Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales to Key Wholesalers who will distribute authorized products to drinks shops, liquor shops, supermarkets, contracted Outlets and so on.
• He/She will also have the responsibility to drive Key Wholesalers to expand product business in non-contracted outlets serviced by Key Wholesalers.
• The incumbent will liaise with the line manager to propose activation and engagement with customers (Liquor shops, Supermarket, Hotels, KTV, Club, Restaurants etc.) to drive consumer experience with the Group’s brands and to achieve sales volumes/distribution targets.
• Mandatory monthly visit 80-120 outlets to develop strong customer relationships, to promote great drink brands of the Group, to penetrate new outlets, and to deploy strategic brand activation/events.
• Collaboration with related departments and the commercial team to ensure commercial directions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
• Submitting and presenting monthly reports on good performing and underperforming outlets to make sure the assigned areas/outlet types are performing.

Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent Minimum 3 years working experience in sales Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a plus Computer literate: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent command of spoken and written English Personal and behavioral skills: Good at critical thinking and analytical skills Organized and strong result orientation Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive with strong time-management skills Energetic and outgoing personality who enjoys the night life A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent record of leading high performing teams Sociable and can easily build professional relationships with new Internal and External customers
