• The Program Coordinator works closely with the Lead, Program and Stakeholder Engagement, and cross-functional teams to support the effective implementation of Hagar Cambodia’s programs.
• The role focuses on supervising and developing the Case Management team, ensuring delivery of trauma-informed, survivor-centred services aligned with Hagar’s Client Model of Care, and maintaining strong external partnerships with government and civil society stakeholders.
• The Program Coordinator ensures programs are well planned, implemented, monitored, and reported against agreed objectives, budgets, and quality standards.
• The position also plays a key role in strengthening collaboration with government and civil society stakeholders to promote the rights, safety, and wellbeing of vulnerable women and children.

Master's Degree Bachelor's Degree in social work, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field Program coordination, case management, or team leadership, preferably in an NGO context for 3 years as a minimum General & Technical Skills
