Prepare lesson plan that meet individual students’ needs, interests and abilities; Give instructions in clear, calm and facilities class activities by providing learning Intended Learning Outcome (ILO) of each grade; Monitor and assess students to ensure they meet learning objectives; Keep a record of what has been taught and the students’ progress, as required; Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students; Ensure a safe learning environment in the computer labs for all students; Assist to develop CCF ICT curriculum, resources and textbooks; Be involved in e-learning teacher team meetings to identify e-learning opportunities or solve problems in using e-learning activities; Provide professional development related to computer skills for teachers and other education staff as required; Model the organization’s values and associated behaviors in and out of the classroom.
