About the role

Draft formal correspondence with the Securities Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC).
Visit ministries and government offices to submit documents and check application status.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all filings, licenses, and government correspondence.
Review and draft commercial agreements and contracts on behalf of the company and its clients.
Advise clients and internal stakeholders on legal compliance and regulatory matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience in Corporate law, compliance, and government relations for 1-3 years.
Good working knowledge of Cambodian ministries, licensing procedures, and regulatory bodies; able to travel to ministries for document submission.
Prior experience with SERC filings or fund/investment-related regulatory filings.
Experience advising SME clients on legal and compliance matters.
