About the role

Develop, implement, maintain, track, and optimize digital marketing activities, including website, SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn…), display advertising, content marketing, and direct e-marketing for sales offices to raise brand awareness.
Create creative content (together with MKT H.O) that generates demand for products/services, engages customers in innovative ways, and drives brand awareness.
Conduct market research and customer surveys to identify trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures, then analyze them to design suitable marketing plans to support sales activities.
Partner with analytics resources, sales, and operations teams to show campaign value and provide regular reports.
Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
Brainstorm and develop ideas for advertising/communication campaigns (PR, press release, advertisement, TV etc.).
Organize and oversee exhibitions and promotional events with external agencies and vendors.
Manage and collaborate with third-party counterparts such as media, creative, and digital agencies, and influencers.
Monitor/analyze competitor activities/events/projects to help the sales office make plans accordingly.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, or Administration.
Proven experience in digital marketing.
Experience in the construction area is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices.
Good spoken and written communication skills in both local and English languages.
Photoshop skills are a plus.
Good organization, planning & analytics skills.
Good business acumen and customer-oriented mind.
