About the role

ACCB is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance & Administration Manager to contribute to the effective and efficient operations of our conservation centre.
The successful candidate will contribute to ACCB’s support operations, participate in the overall management, and work closely with the Country Director to achieve ACCB's conservation aims.
This role encompasses various support operations, including general finance, payroll, administration, human resources, government liaison, translation, and procurement.
Flexibility is essential, as the Finance & Administration Manager will be expected to be on call for emergencies.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about contributing to wildlife conservation through their finance and administration skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Director, the Operations Manager, and the Senior Finance & Administration Officer.
They will participate in the long-term planning for ACCB concerning compliance with existing laws, financial accounting and reporting, general policies, human resources, capacity building, and organizational development.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Finance & Administration Manager are: Carry out all aspects of ACCB’s administrative work.
Prepare budget plans in close collaboration with the senior staff, operations manager, and the Country Director.
