About the role
- Drive business growth, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver reliable logistics solutions.
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow logistics and warehousing revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client partnerships.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with operations, port, and warehouse teams to deliver service excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and regular updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Pproven experience in sales or business development within logistics or warehousing.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of port, freight, warehousing, and transport operations is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
- Manager-level experience with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
