• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including the preparation and review of financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Responsibilities include: 1.
• *Accounts Payable (AP) & Cash Management:** Processing invoices and payments, tracking pending payments, cash balances, loan repayments, and loan schedules.
• *Accounts Receivable (AR) & Revenue Control:** Preparing tax invoices, monitoring AR collections, and overseeing AR aging reports.
• *General Ledger (GL) & Financial Reporting:** Daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks, preparing journal vouchers for accruals, calculating fixed asset depreciation, and preparing financial reports.
• *Taxation & Corporate Compliance:** Preparing monthly tax records and documents for TOI, ACAR, and MOC declarations.
• *Payroll & HR Administration:** Calculating Tax on Salary (TOS), preparing and submitting NSSF compliance, and preparing monthly employee incentives.
• *Document Control & External Audit Support:** Archiving administrative documents, contracts, and agreements, and preparing ROI documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CAT/ACCA is a plus) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably within the FMCG or Trading sector Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Advanced MS Excel Up-to-date knowledge of Cambodian Accounting Standards (CIFRS for SMEs) and local tax laws Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
