About the role

Direct and monitor accounting activities to ensure that financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with relevant regulations.
Verify journal entries for all transactions into the QB accounting system into correct account codes and classes.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual Tax reports for the company (CIT, VAT, PIT) and other required reports.
Monthly tax declaration payment to the tax department by E-filing system.
Accurately prepare monthly and Annually Company’s tax declarations.
Work with internal and external Auditors, Tax authorities, and other government agencies.
Double-check salary tax payment and NSSF contribution calculation to ensure they are correct according to the tax and NSSF policy.
Ensure AR are received and paid following a schedule.
Keep performing reconciliation, daily sales income matching with actual cash received as well as bank received following the company’s income collection standard procedure.
Complete month-end reconciliations in line with accounting policy.
Check travel and mission expenses claims in line with company policy.
Undertake other routine administration and account duties as requested.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (Finance/Banking).
Experience as an accountant or accounting manager in a profit-oriented company for 5 years as a minimum.
Deeply understand + Experience dealing with tax issues, especially with E-Filing System.
Experience in conducting audit with the General Department of Taxation.
Excellent knowledge and experience working with external audit firm.
Good experience in managing whole accounting team, such as AR, AP, Income Auditor, Cashier, ……….
Clearly understand the company’s income and collection procedure.
Good QuickBooks knowledge.
Other accounting software is an advantage.
Experience working with a real estate company is a plus.
