Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Skills & Knowledge: General & Technical Skills Experience or training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Additional training in Play Therapy, Theraplay, or Incredible Years is an advantage Experience facilitating parent coaching or parenting sessions Fluent spoken and written English Native or fluent Khmer speaker with excellent Khmer writing skills for professional documentation and reports Soft Skills Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills
