About the role

The Sales Supervisor at KOFI is responsible for leading and managing a sales team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key responsibilities involve training staff, monitoring performance, setting work schedules, and handling customer escalations.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and lead a sales team to achieve sales target by month / yearly.
Ensure achievement of SKU distribution target.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
Motivate the team through goal-setting and incentives.
Assign tasks and manage schedules for the sales department.
Optimize resources to enhance territory performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue Track and analyze sales data to report on performance and KPIs to management Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products Ensure correct product pricing and attractive store displays Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and returns Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though not always a strict requirement.
An associate degree can also be beneficial.
Typically requires of successful sales experience, sometimes in a specific industry for 2 to 3 years.
General & Technical Skills Leadership experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or informal leadership role, such as mentoring new hires, is often required.
Technical skills: Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is usually required.
Coaching and mentoring: The ability to coach and develop the skills of sales representatives is a key responsibility.
