Deliver sales, volume, and distribution targets within assigned territory.
Supervise, coach, and develop Sales Representatives to improve capability and performance.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective route and territory execution.
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution standards in the market.
Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and recommendations.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
Experience in distributor and field sales operations is an advantage.
