About the role

Identify and assess funding opportunities aligned with IPC’s scientific priorities and strategic objectives.
Improve and update Grants Office databases to support funding intelligence, proposal tracking, and institutional reporting.
Assist with the preparation of scientific, administrative, and compliance components of grant applications.
Collect, organize, and format information from research teams for proposals, concept notes, reports, and institutional summaries.
Map research themes, funders, calls, and strategic opportunities relevant to infectious diseases, public health, and global health.
Support partner and funder mapping to strengthen project development and collaboration opportunities.
Contribute to the improvement and development of pre-award tools, templates, and SOPs.

Requirements

Student or graduate in life sciences, public health, biomedical sciences, epidemiology, microbiology, immunology, or a related field.
Good understanding of scientific writing, research methods, and project documentation Interest in research funding, proposal development, and multicultural team coordination Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information clearly Dynamic, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and comfortable working within a cross-functional scientific and administrative team.
