About the role

Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Monitor order status, identify delays, and escalate issues to help maintain smooth supply flow.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to support accurate and timely processing.
Prepare and update procurement records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate clearly with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, availability, and shipment details.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship or related experience is an advantage.
Good communication and follow-up skills with a proactive and organized work style.
Basic knowledge of procurement, order tracking, and supply chain processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to work in Phnom Penh, Mean Chey, and collaborate effectively in a team.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
