About the role

Coordinate recruitment: postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files in line with Cambodian Labor Law. Administer attendance, leave balances, and payroll-support documentation. Support permits, visas, and NSSF registration for local and expatriate staff. Coordinate day-to-day office administration

procurement, facilities, and vendor relations. Assist with policy rollout, employee relations, and internal communications. Manage logistics for meetings and company events.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
HR & Administration Officer in Trade and Export Promotion for 2 to 3 years is required.
Working knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and NSSF procedures.
Strong written and spoken English and Khmer.
Proficient in MS Office.
Highly organized and discreet with confidential information.
A proactive, service-minded team player.
