The Royal Government of Cambodia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Skills for Better Jobs Project (SBJ) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The SBJ Project is now inviting eligible individual consultant for the position of National Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
Requirements
Design of M&E systems and the M&E of projects funded by World Bank, ADB, or other major donors in Cambodia for 7 years as a minimum.
Bachelor's Degree in education, sociology, economics, or related fields as a minimum.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of statistics and evaluation techniques and bring experience in the preparation and implementation of socio-economic surveys as well as data analysis.
Familiarity with Stata software is a plus.
Familiar with different method in data collection tools and skillful in conducting data analysis to compile M&E results.
High level proficiency of English and strong Khmer communications skills.
Sound knowledge of computer software programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Power Point.
