Marketing Officer

• Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to determine effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate outcomes and insights to manager and stakeholders.
• Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to gather requirements and understand their recruitment needs.
• Prepare and present marketing proposals tailored from suppliers to our objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with team to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
• Market Research: Research Cambodia’s hiring trends, employer needs, and recruitment market opportunities.
• Analyse employer behavior, job posting trends, service usage, and feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing, services, and customer engagement.
• Content Development: Assist in creating marketing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, Email and blogs.
• Ensure content follows the brand voice, marketing goals and employer audience needs.
• Collaborate with the team to produce clear to produce engaging marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Administration or a related field as a minimum HISTORY: Marketing Assistant or Coordinator in Advertising and Marketing Agencies industry for 2 to 3 years as a minimum SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills
