• Checks all invoices for logistics services, verify, summarize and submit to the manager for certification.
• Prepare the import/export document of Finished Goods/Aluminum Scrap to appointed forwarders.
• Monitor the status of incoming materials and follow up.
• Record daily packaging movement in/out the plant.
• Tracking/recording the packaging return from customers.
• Liaison with customers for any discrepancies of packaging return.
• Finished Goods/Aluminum Scrap’s shipment tracking with suppliers/transporters.
• Coordinating buyers to buy/collect general scraps, i.e. drum, pallet, plastics, oil, etc. from plant.
• Conduct monthly packaging stock count.
• Follow up the monthly packaging statement to be signed acknowledge by customers.
• Monthly packaging inventory reconciliation.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
