• Coordinating with Sales Consultant to make appointments with Customers for vehicles inspection.
• Sorting and calling customers upon customer list proving by department head or pending customer list.
• Sourcing customers for trade-in and making appointments.
• Performing vehicles inspection based on internal inspection process with accuracy! Analysis inspection result and report to management for purchase price offer.
• Negotiation of price, terms and delivery schedule with customer both sale & purchase.
• Input customer data and update daily inquiry reports timely and accurately.
• Issue purchasing contract and processing payment request to the accounting département accordingly.
• Analysis and keeping record of customers coming for buying price offers.
• Collaborate with new car sales team to deal with trade-in transactions with customers.
• Supporting used car sales team for any additional task requested by customer.
• Issue service receipt and update recondition cost after completing all the jobs.
• Update daily, weekly and monthly report on time and accurate.
• Standby at weekend and join any event or roadshow from branch or S&M.
• Collaborate with new car sales team to get buy-in inquiry and get transactions with customers.
• Collaborate with service team for reconditioning jobs.
• Doing other related tasks concerning with vehicles.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Management.

Bachelor degree in Management/Marketing or related fields At least 1 year experience in sales or fresh graduate student Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command of both spoken and written English Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service oriented Knowledge of computers, Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point Having a valid driving license is a plus
