The Senior Shop Supervisor supports the Boutique Manager in the daily operation, administration, and performance management of the Phnom Penh boutique.
This role plays a key part in ensuring strong administrative control, accurate reporting, smooth store operations, and consistent brand standards, while also supporting sales performance and customer experience on the floor.
Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily boutique operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient performance.
Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed correctly.
Monitor shop floor standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising consistency.
Support control of inventory movements, stock accuracy, replenishment, and loss prevention.
Act as a duty supervisor in the Boutique Manager’s absence.
Handle and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including:
Attendance tracking and staff rosters.
Daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
Expense tracking and petty cash monitoring.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, staffing, inventory, and store activities to the Boutique Manager.
Maintain accurate store records, documents, and filing systems.
Support payroll coordination by ensuring staff attendance and overtime records are accurate.
Assist with audits, stock counts, and compliance documentation.
Support implementation of sales targets and promotions at boutique level.
Monitor daily sales performance and highlight issues or opportunities to the Boutique Manager.
Support upselling, cross-selling, and promotional selling initiatives.
Provide on-floor support during peak hours and promotional periods.
Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.
Support handling of customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
Ensure brand image, service standards, and visual guidelines are followed at all times.
Lead by example on the shop floor with professional behavior and service attitude.
Support the Boutique Manager in supervising sales associates.
Assist in onboarding and training new staff members.
Communicate daily priorities, targets, and operational updates to the team.
Ensure staff comply with company policies, grooming standards, and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
2–4 years of retail experience, with prior supervisory or senior sales role experience.
Experience in retail administration and reporting is a strong advantage.
Experience in premium or boutique retail environment preferred.
