About the role

Design, build and maintain responsive, mobile-friendly websites and landing pages for Gibble Cambodia and our customers.
Manage and update content in WordPress / CMS platforms, keeping sites fast, secure and up to date.
Apply strong UX/UI principles and maintain consistent, professional design across all web properties.
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across social media, email, search and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Improve search rankings through on-page and technical SEO.
Track, analyse and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools, and recommend improvements.
Generate and nurture leads to support sales and business development.
Create engaging graphics, social posts, newsletters and marketing collateral that reflect the Gibble brand.
Write clear, professional marketing copy in English (and Khmer where required) for web, social and email.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Support the team with marketing materials for client proposals, events and on-site engagement.
Help market the Gibble Student Management System and other services to schools and businesses.
Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns end to end.

Requirements

Proven experience designing and building websites, with a portfolio of live work.
Proficiency with design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma or XD) and website builders / CMS (e.g. WordPress), plus working knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design.
Hands-on experience across social media, SEO, email marketing and paid advertising (Google and/or Meta Ads), able to plan, run and measure campaigns.
Comfortable using Google Analytics (or similar) to track performance and report on results.
Fluent, professional English for content and communication; fluent Khmer highly advantageous and needed for Khmer-language content.
A strong eye for design, attention to detail and the ability to keep work on-brand.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
