• Responsible for delivering high-quality operational and customer support to ensure exceptional service performance across our ISC solutions.
• This role provides backend support to customers / internal team, manages inquiries, resolves complaints, and collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Document Handling by uploading into systems as well validate document accuracy as per customer’s requirement.
• Manage releasing document (FCR/SWB/Original BL) upon payment received.
• Manage TMS system handling with updating with correct sailing schedule and link sub file to master file per KPI timeline.
• Manage Shipment Planning and update into Info Nexus.
• Use KPI dashboards to monitor, control, and enhance service quality, customer performance, and productivity.
• New Task as per assigned by supervisor / managers.

Hard Skills: First knowledge of freight forwarding operations and regulations (a plus) Organizational and planning skills to manage tasks effectively Familiarity with KN services, products, processes and systems Fluent in local language and advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Able to handle fluent in Excel + advance excel (a plus) Soft Skills: Experience working in a team environment, supporting collaboration, and contributing to a positive workplace Clear and effective communication skills for working with colleagues and different teams Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to meeting needs and providing solutions Open to learning, improving processes, and embracing change Proactive in finding ways to enhance workflows for both team members and customers.
