About the role

The core fund documentation that an institutional investor will review before committing.
Draft the documents an institutional investor will review before committing.
The prospectus and the LPA are the anchors; the others complete the institutional set: Prospectus / PPM (anchor), incorporating the fund's governance frame by reference to the EGF Investment Committee Charter, which is being finalised separately.
The PPM must accurately reflect the fund's gender and climate mandate and the exclusion policy.

Requirements

Technical approach and an initial structuring hypothesis addressing the blended-finance mechanics described above.
Named senior lawyers who will perform the , with CVs and relevant references.
Experience with DFI-backed or blended-finance funds, and with Singapore and/or Luxembourg fund formation, is expected.
A strong generalist firm with a named specialist partner or co-counsel providing that capability will be considered equally.
At least one example of a comparable fund-formation mandate (fund size, structure, jurisdictions).
Fee proposal, priced separately for Phase 1 and Phase 2 (and by document within Phase 2), with assumptions.
Note any pro bono or reduced-fee arrangement offered.
This is a lean, cost-led mandate with a limited budget.
Reduced-fee or pro bono arrangements are particularly welcome, and OBOR may adjust the scope of Phase 2 to fit the available budget.
