About the role

This role is strictly administrative, operational, and client-engagement focused. Roles and Responsibilities

High-Pressure Performance: Ability to remain organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment while hitting established KPIs.
Camera Confidence: Must be comfortable, charismatic in video and social media marketing.
Sales Mindset: Proven ability to manage social media leads and convert them into successful client registrations.
Office & Collaboration: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Teams and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative & Content Tools: Highly proficient in CapCut and Canva for high-quality content creation.
Communication & Social Management: Advanced experience managing Telegram and Meta Suite (Facebook/Instagram), with a deep understanding of the TikTok platform.
Integrity: Absolute commitment to ethical conduct. You will be under the supervision of a Registered Migration Agent and are strictly prohibited from providing unauthorised immigration advice.
Case Management: Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with a focus on meeting strict deadlines, proactive client follow-up, and maintaining precise, timely case notes.

Requirements

Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification)

Undergraduate Degree minimum.
Education Counsellor in Educational Institutions (s, Universities) for 1 year is preferred.
Customer Services in Educational Institutions (s, Universities) for 1 year is preferred.
Professional English Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interal communication skills in English; highly confident and charismatic presenting on camera and video content for social media marketing.
Lead Conversion & Sales Mindset: Strong consultative sales ability to manage, nurture, and convert incoming social media leads into active client registrations.
High-Volume Case & Task Management: Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a proven track record of handling high-volume caseloads, maintaining accurate case notes, and consistently meeting strict deadlines.
High-Pressure Performance: Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to maintain accuracy, structure, and composure in a fast-paced environment while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ethical Conduct & Regulatory Awareness: Strong professional integrity with a clear understanding of regulatory boundaries, specifically operating under strict supervision and refraining from delivering unauthorised immigration advice.
Office Suite: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document preparation, reporting, data tracking, and presentations.
Collaboration & Communication Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams for internal flows, video meetings, and team collaboration.
Content Creation & Design: Advanced proficiency in Canva (graphic design, brand collateral, social templates) and CapCut (video editing, captions, short-form content).
Social Media Platforms & Management: Hands-on experience navigating and managing: Meta Suite (Facebook & Instagram scheduling, inbox management, analytics), TikTok (trend identification, content posting, platform strategies), Telegram (channel/group management and direct client communication).
CRM & Case Management Software: Demonstrated aptitude in using client management databases to log precise, real-time case notes and track client application statuses.
