Arrange students in an orderly manner before calling attendance.
Mark attendance clearly (Absent: A, Leave: P, Late with permission: L). Do not leave blank entries.
Check sportswear (white t-shirt and red shorts with AIS logo).
Check hair color (girls must tie their hair), fingernails, and makeup.
Students arriving late are not permitted to train and must use their own transportation to the training location.
Students are not permitted to leave the training premises.
Adhere to the school's internal regulations.
Implement the curriculum in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport's program.
Prepare daily lessons or summarize teaching materials for regular student training.
Create questions or exams and marking schemes for monthly exams, mid-term exams (1st and 2nd semesters), and final exams (1st and 2nd semesters) with quality and technical expertise.
Conduct monthly student learning assessments through classroom activities (discipline and ethics 20%, on-field practice activities 20%, absence 10%) and final exams (50%).
Conduct additional research on effective teaching methods and foster a culture of sharing work experiences.
Be a good ambassador for the institution.
Uphold the teaching profession's integrity 100%.
Participate in other school activities to provide moral education to students.
Serve as a good role model for students and colleagues.
Provide a monthly report to the direct supervisor regarding the implementation of the curriculum or the progress of teaching and learning, as well as student learning outcomes (academic results and areas for development) each month.
Enter monthly exam scores, mid-term, and semester scores into the database and provide a report to the secretariat before the 25th or as per the school's schedule.
Participate in monthly meetings or other meetings.
Participate in various school activities such as school events, student competitions, and annual programs.
Build close relationships with students, the team, the technical team, the supervisor, and the head of the school.
Maintain confidential personal information and institutional information.
Maintain good relationships with staff within and outside their department.
Requirements
Possess a pedagogy diploma or relevant certificate.
Have at least two (02) years of practical teaching experience.
