About the role
- Perform quality assurance review and verification of IT access management activities to ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- The role involves working with access records, data, and supporting evidence, following defined control processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of routine quality assurance activities across the department.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data and reports related to access requests, approvals, and access grant/revocation status.
- Benchmark and compare access grant and revocation reports against approved requests, systems, or other authorised data sources.
- Review access request documentation and approvals for accuracy and completeness, in line with approved access management procedures.
- Ensure access revocation activities are reviewed for compliance with security and risk requirements.
- Identify gaps related to IT access management process implementation by IT teams.
- Monitor the accuracy and completeness of documentation related to access management activities.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks within the access management quality assurance process.
- Support and contribute to the use or enhancement of automation tools, templates, or workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors, without performing system development activities.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to resolve issues and gaps, and to support the provision of access management reports and documentation.
- Handle tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Department Head.
- Report on all assigned areas to the Line Manager or Department Head.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or in IT Access Management QA.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of quality assurance methods and basic Skill in verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical and process‑related concepts to colleagues.
- Good interpersonal skills; flexible and collaborative working style.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in Khmer and English.
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency or strong interest in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell, or similar) is a significant advantage.
