About the role

Ensure that LIONPRO’S local finance operations in Cambodia are accurate, timely and well controlled, working in close cooperation with the Country Manager and Group Finance.
Monitor customer payments and reconcile customer balances.
Support correct allocation of incoming payments.
Manage petty cash, employee expenses and local finance documentation.
Support supplier invoice processing and payment preparation.
Coordinate local statutory payments and tax-related matters.
Ensure timely and accurate tax declaration submission.
Prepare and submit financial statements.
Support local e-invoicing and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain finance documentation for audits and local authorities.
Liaise with local banks, auditors and tax authorities.
Support month-end and year-end closing and provide information to Group Finance.
Assist with selected local administrative and procurement-related tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance as a minimum Experience in accounting or finance operations, experience in trading industry will be considered as advantage Good understanding of local tax and statutory requirements.
Experience with reconciliations, banking, AR/AP and audit support.
Good Excel and accounting system skills.
Experience with Horizon, Notion or SAP is an advantage; LIONPRO is currently transitioning towards SAP as the Group ERP.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, international group environment.
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
High level of integrity and responsibility.
