About the role

  • Provide precise and professional communication of sales strategies, tools, guidance, and solutions for the branch’s outbound sales team.
  • Consistently monitor sales performance of assigned branches with preparation of accurate and analytical reports to address gaps and accelerate performance to achieve the Bank’s sales targets and service quality for customers.
  • Communicate and provide guidance of the Bank’s performance expectations, goals, new/changed products, services, policies, and procedures to the branch sales team.
  • Monitor outbound sales team performance regarding sales performance, customer services and sales skills of employees, product knowledge and presentation to customers, grooming and attendance, and cleanliness and preparation of sufficient materials.
  • Conduct spot-checks and gather customer feedback to identify and improve performance.
  • Provide guidance, counselling, constructive feedback, and support to sales team’s performance issues.
  • Identify areas of poor performance and take proper performance improvement actions.
  • Set coaching arrangement schedules for the sales team and ensure proper execution.
  • Collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze sales performance reports.
  • Identify areas of improvement and development of individual sales performance to establish performance improvement plans.
  • Develop knowledge-sharing processes and programs.
  • Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a key role in promoting a collaborative and proactive working environment within the team.
  • Keep a close eye on local competitors to propose new sales opportunities.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance and Banking or Professional Communication field.
  • Minimum two years of working experiences in sales, customer services, performance management or relevant field preferably in financial industry.
  • Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and data presentation.
  • Strong sales skill, coaching, follow-up, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast, flexible and multitasking attributes.
  • Ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English and/or other languages.
  • Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
  • Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
