Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Conduct regular coaching, guidance, and on-job training for sales staff.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales team members.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare sales duty roster and rotation schedules for project locations and sales galleries.
Implement sales strategies and action plans assigned by management.
Drive team performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Monitor sales pipeline, customer database, and lead conversion.
Analyze sales performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
Follow up on potential customers and key accounts to support sales closing.
Support sales team in handling VIP customers and difficult cases.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers from all sales channels.
Assist team members in negotiation and closing sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and business partners.
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth sales transactions.
Coordinate with Marketing Team on project campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
Review and support creation of sales content for Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Monitor online inquiries and customer engagement activities.
Supervise customer site visits and ensure professional customer experience.
Support transportation arrangement and customer coordination when required.
Ensure sales galleries, show units, and project sites are properly maintained and ready for presentation.
Work on rotation across project locations, sales galleries, and company events based on operational needs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Monitor customer booking status, payment follow-up, and documentation process.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Submit sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
Attend management meetings and provide sales updates.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 2
4 years experience in sales, preferably in real estate industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of social media content creation
