About the role

Creating SOPs/Policies, processes, and procedures for daily implementation at the plant site.
Daily follow-up and check the flow of work.
Coordinating with HR L&D to set up training sessions on road safety, including daily checks logs and vehicle maintenance, and undertaking advanced defensive driving courses.
Developing ideas with the V&T officer to control risk management, ensuring zero hazards at the workplace and accidents on-site for internal and external transport.
Developing a clear structure and process for vehicle and traffic safety.
Developing an audit process with transporters that includes driver compliance of licenses, inspections, and training.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering field and in a related field and preferably a heavy vehicle and plant equipment license or in a related field that gives equivalent experience.
Be fluent in Khmer and English as a minimum.
At least 5 years of experience in the OS&H field managing and implementing programs including developing SOP’s and procedures and undertaking investigations as required and implementing a detailed report of why the incident occurred and future mitigation measures.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
