The After School Educational Programs Manager is responsible for leading, managing, developing, and expanding all after-school educational programs across AYLA-PSIS campuses.
The role oversees academic quality, operations, technical implementation, marketing, enrolment growth, staff development, and strategic planning for enrichment and extension programs offered by the company.
The manager works closely with School Principals, Academic Teams, Operations Teams, ICT Teams, Marketing Teams, and external partners to ensure programs are implemented effectively, sustainably, and consistently across all campuses.
The position is based at the Central Office and requires regular travel to campuses to provide leadership, technical support, monitoring, coaching, training, and strategic guidance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programs Under Supervision
The After School Educational Programs Manager oversees and supports programs including, but not limited to: Academic and Language Programs, English as a Second Language (ESL) Program, Institute of Foreign Language (IFL), ELiF English Program, Khmer Support Programs, Chinese Language Programs, Subject Matter Extra Classes, Homework Support Programs, Exam Preparation Programs, Academic Intervention Programs, and other related STEM, Technology Programs and Related Enrichment and Student Development Programs, Robotics Programs, Coding and Programming Classes, Drone Technology Programs, STEM and Innovation Programs.
Other Programs
New educational enrichment programs developed by AYLA-PSIS, Partner educational programs, Short courses, workshops, and special projects assigned by management.
Principal Accountabilities
Program Leadership and Management
Lead the implementation and quality assurance of all after-school educational programs across campuses.
Develop annual plans, growth strategies, implementation schedules, and operational targets.
Ensure programs align with AYLA educational standards and strategic priorities.
Monitor program quality, student engagement, attendance, and learning outcomes.
Conduct regular campus visits, observations, and meetings to ensure effective implementation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
Academic and Technical Leadership
Provide technical and academic leadership for all after-school programs.
Support curriculum planning, lesson quality, teaching methodologies, and assessment systems.
Develop and review teaching resources, learning materials, and implementation guides.
