Experienced medical sales professional to drive local market growth in Phnom Penh.
You will build strong relationships with hospitals and clinics, promote key products, analyze market trends, and support sales targets through effective planning and reporting.
Effectively implement local development strategies in accordance with company policies.
Regularly monitor and grasp the locality, thereby developing a development plan in line with the goals to achieve the set sales.
Develop new products as well as key products at hospitals and clinics.
Analyze the market and competitors.
Plan local development, targeting potential customers.
Update, report, and classify customers for management.
Provide product messages (Key messages) through support tools (Visual Aids).
Build trust and relationships with customers based on compliance with the Alleviare Code of Conduct.
Expand and seek new customers.
Ensure full and timely submission of reports.
Participate in all training sessions on product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
2-3 years or more of experience in a similar medical sales or field role.
Experience with hospitals, clinics, and bidding channels is strongly preferred.
Background in dermatology, obstetrics, pediatrics, neurology, or endocrinology is an advantage.
Diploma, college degree, or higher in pharmacy or a related field.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Able to analyze market conditions and work toward sales targets.
Responsible, proactive, and committed to timely reporting and compliance.
