About the role

Manage the in-out and processing of loan documents accurately and in a timely manner.
Review, verify, and input data for loan applications to facilitate the loan approval process.
Conduct loan analysis and assessment before submitting loan applications to the Credit Committee for review and approval.
Create and maintain customer information, generate loan repayment schedules, and set up loan accounts accurately and on time.
Provide information and collaborate with relevant staff in the filing and safekeeping of loan documents in accordance with Credit Committee resolutions, credit policies, and procedures.
Monitor and review clients’ loan repayments and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Properly organize and maintain loan and collateral documents after loan disbursement.
Follow up and communicate with clients who have overdue loan repayments.
Manage loan-related payments and reimbursements, including expenses associated with credit operations.
Prepare and submit credit reports required by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC), Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA), and other relevant institutions accurately and within the required deadlines.
Prepare credit-related reports as requested by management and record minutes of Credit Committee meetings.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, UXUI, Business Administration or a related field.
Fresh gratuate or any working experience in Microfinance, banks, or other FIs.
Quick learner, responsive, proactive, and highly motivated with strong attention to detail.
Aged between 20 and 45 years old.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
