About the role
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities to drive mall traffic, awareness, and guest engagement.
- Coordinate with mall management, tenants, and partners to secure approvals and campaign support.
- Support promotional events, activations, seasonal campaigns, and on-ground brand executions.
- Prepare campaign materials, briefs, schedules, and operational checklists for smooth delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, collect feedback, and recommend improvements for future activities.
- Ensure all branding, displays, and promotions are implemented accurately and on time.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing plans with business goals and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in trade marketing, mall coordination, events, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with external partners and vendors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable supporting on-site activations, promotions, and event coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; design or reporting tools are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in entertainment, retail, or lifestyle marketing is a plus.
