Drives digital revenue, manages online distribution, and optimizes brand presence across all digital channels for two properties.
Responsibilities include managing OTAs, website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analyzing ROI to enhance direct bookings and ensure rate parity.
Daily online rates spot check to make sure of rate parity in all platforms.
Monitor daily occupancy and notify Director of Sales for rate plan adjustment to maximize room revenue.
To align online pricing strategies and maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Requirements
Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar role within hospitality.
Strong knowledge of TARS/ Info HMS/ Syn Xis (mandatory).
Prior experience within the Accor network will be giveen priority.
Excellent analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills. strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work in afast-paced environment and manage mutiple priorities.
