About the role

The objective of the solid waste and plastic management improvement project (the Project) is to improve solid waste and plastic management in selected areas.
The project will be implemented over a period of 6 years (2023-2029).
The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to improve solid waste and plastic management in selected areas, and in case of an Eligible Crisis or Emergency, respond promptly and effectively to it.

Requirements

Postgraduate Degree in geospatial information systems, IT systems, economics, or related fields with geospatial information management applications.
Strategic development and design of geospatial information management systems/applications, with a strong track record in designing, implementing, or supporting digital systems, e-payment platforms, or administrative reform initiatives for 5 years as a minimum.
Proven experience in the design, implementation, or assessment of geospatial or digital payment systems, particularly in the context of public services or solid waste management.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, digital identity systems, and cyber.
