- Bids must remain valid for at least 30 days after the closing date.
- Bids submitted via email or electronic documents will not be accepted. Instructions to Bidders: Bidders must comply with the following conditions
- Transportation Conditions: Clearly state
- Delivery deadline (e.g., within X days after contract signing).
- Delivery location: Thnal Keng Village, Pongro Commune, Tang Kouk District, Kampong Thom Province. Prices
