About the role

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
Identify and target new market opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance, skills, and morale.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
Strong ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
Capable of designing and implementing innovative sales strategies.
Expertise in analyzing sales data, trends, and KPIs to inform decisions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
Strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
