Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and asset value of serviced apartments and condominium units.
Manage the overall leasing process, including enquiries, property viewings, lease negotiations, tenancy agreements, renewals, and unit handovers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, and tenants to generate leasing opportunities and enhance tenant retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, occupancy levels, and rental rates to recommend effective pricing and leasing strategies.
Coordinate with Marketing to promote available units and increase leasing performance.
Work closely with Property Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Finance to ensure units are ready for occupancy and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare leasing reports, occupancy analysis, revenue forecasts, and market updates for Management.
Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, tenancy regulations, and legal requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by Top Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or property management, preferably in serviced apartments, condominiums, hotels, or residential developments, with supervisory or managerial experience.
Proven experience in achieving leasing targets, increasing occupancy rates, and building corporate client relationships.
Strong knowledge of the serviced apartment, residential leasing, and hospitality market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and presentation skills.
Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
