Be present 5 minutes before the start of class/training.
Arrange students in order before taking attendance.
Accurately mark attendance (Absent: A, Leave Request: P, Late with permission: L). Do not leave it blank.
Inspect sports uniforms (white t-shirts and red shorts with AIS logo).
Inspect hair color (girls must tie their hair), fingernails, and makeup.
Students are not permitted to train if they are late; they must use their own means to reach the training location.
Students are not permitted to leave the training premises.
Comply with the school's internal regulations.
Implement the curriculum in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport's program.
Implement daily coaching or lesson preparation and regular student training summaries.
Create questions or exams and grading keys for monthly exams, first mid-term, second mid-term, first semester, and second semester exams with quality and technical expertise.
Conduct monthly assessments of student learning through classroom activities (Discipline and Morality 20%, Practical Field Activity 20%, Absenteeism 10%) and exams (50%).
Conduct further research on effective teaching methods and foster a culture of sharing work experiences.
Act as a good ambassador for the institution.
Fully uphold the professional ethics of a teacher.
Participate in other school activities to provide moral education to students.
Be a good role model for students and colleagues.
Provide a monthly report to the direct supervisor on the implementation of the curriculum or the progress of teaching and learning, student academic performance (academic results and areas for development) each month.
Enter monthly, mid-term, and semester exam scores into the database and provide a report to the secretariat by the 25th of the month or as determined by the school.
Participate in monthly meetings or other meetings.
Participate in various school activities such as school events, student competitions, and annual programs.
Establish close relationships with students, the team, the technical group, the direct supervisor, and the school principal.
Maintain personal and institutional information.
Maintain good relationships with staff within and outside their department.
Requirements
Possess a Pedagogy Diploma or relevant certificate.
Have at least two (02) years of practical teaching experience.
