• To manage and execute the company's product audits and QA standards implementation throughout the factory base in Cambodia.
• Vendor training for the company QA requirement (i.e. visually inspect and garment measurements, etc) Conduct new factory on-boarding and production capability assessment Conduct quality training programs and improvement sessions in assigned area of responsibility Provide guidance and solutions to quality issues and problems in assigned area of responsibility Follow up factory correction and action plan (CAP) Maintain and monitor quality procedural implementation in factory Drive the scheduling of annual retraining/certification of certified Vendor auditors Conducting in-line/end-line inspections for critical programs.

6+ years of experience in apparel industry Experience in managing and conducting in-line/end-line inspections Experience in factory set-up/systems with an understanding of apparel machinery Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English & Vietnamese (Mandarin is a plus) Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Diploma required ; Degree preferred
