Oversee and manage all accounting and finance tasks Manage department of accounting and bookkeeping staff Manage and track product sales and business expenses Prepare required monthly reports and supporting documentation for reporting and tax compliance Set-up and manage QuickBooks system Other financial and accounting tasks as required
University (Bachelor) degree or equivalent is required Accounting degree is required, with prior experience working in accounting and finance Experience working in medical supplies, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or supermarket business is a plus Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks) is required Experience using AI tools is a plus (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude) Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills, and prior management experience Honest and positive attitude
