• Collect data on clients receiving antenatal care, delivery, postnatal care, and family planning services and enter the data into RHAC's data system.
• Conduct follow-up visits with village health support groups and youth focal points in educating groups in the village and in schools.
• Conduct in-person or phone interviews with members of the village health support groups and youth focal points to verify the accuracy of reported data.
• Collect monthly reports from village health support groups and youth focal points for group education and enter data into RHAC's data system.
• Participate in monthly district and commune meetings to update on health center and community activities, provide feedback, and make recommendations to the district and commune.
• Collaborate with the Provincial and Operational District Health Department to monitor the quality of maternal and youth health services at the health center level.

Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Social Science or related field.

Work Experience:

Experience working in the community, especially related to public health systems, for at least 2 years.

Skills and Knowledge:

General and Technical Skills Good knowledge of digital technology and communication. Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email. Ability to speak, read, listen, and write Khmer and English. Have report writing skills in Khmer. Soft Skills Familiar with the geography of Stung Treng province. Respect sexual and reproductive health rights.
