About the role

Drive or use other means of transportation to deliver documents or materials to designated destinations.
Receive delivery information, including recipient's name, address, phone number, and special instructions, by phone or in person.
Deliver documents, packages, and other materials between departments and to construction sites/work locations.
Record relevant information regarding the receipt and delivery of materials or documents, as well as recipient information.
Ensure the secure storage and delivery of documents and materials, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
Report on delivery status, problems, or delays to the supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or currently studying in the first year of Bachelor's degree.
No experience required or having experience is a plus.
Have computer knowledge and can use English language to some extent.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Honest, good at keeping secrets, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Awareness of work safety and team spirit.
