About the role

Manage project workflows, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external and ensure seamless execution of TBC Global's diverse project portfolio.
The role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can independently manage assigned projects while collaborating closely with the CEO and external partners on high-priority initiatives.
Independently manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across assigned projects.
Organize meetings with clients, partners, and government officials; prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Draft MOUs, agreements, business plans, project proposals, and professional correspondence.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports, executive summaries, and board-ready presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, investors, and institutional contacts.
Coordinate and attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand TBC's visibility.
Track project budgets, expenses, and prepare monthly financial summaries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Business, or related field.
Minimum 1year of project coordination or business administration experience.
Freshers with Good projects knowledge also can apply.
Fluent English and Khmer (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with diverse clients.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Hardworking, committed, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Cambodian or Indian business environment is a strong advantage.
