About the role

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote company products and services to achieve sales targets and market growth.
Visit clients regularly, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, track performance, and share market feedback with the team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
Familiar with Phnom Penh market and able to travel as required.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting.
Good command of English; knowledge of Khmer is required.
