About the role

The Compliance Officer prepares regulatory correspondence and compliance records, collects supporting information from internal departments, and coordinates assigned submissions and follow-up with the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC).
Prepare and maintain compliance records, regulatory letters, reports, and supporting documents.
Collect and organize information and evidence provided by the responsible departments.
Coordinate assigned regulatory submissions and follow-up with NBC under management’s direction.
Track requests, submission deadlines, responses, and outstanding actions; update management on progress.
Check documents for completeness and accuracy before submitting them for review and approval.
Maintain confidential and orderly files of regulatory correspondence and submission history.

Requirements

Experience in administration, customer service, banking or microfinance operations, compliance support, or a related role is preferred.
Able to draft clear formal letters and emails in Khmer and communicate in basic English for internal coordination.
Careful with details, deadlines, and confidential information; willing to learn the company’s compliance procedures.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and electronic filing.
Able to coordinate politely and follow up with internal teams and external contacts.
A relevant degree is an advantage; practical skills and ability to learn will also be considered.
