ABOUT THE COMPANY Head of Finance will lead the finance, procurement, and administrative functions to strengthen financial controls, optimize cash flow, and build robust internal systems across the group. ABOUT THE ROLE A rapidly growing group of companies based in Phnom Penh that specializes in construction fit-out and industrial solutions across multiple business entities. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design, implement, and enforce rigorous payment approval processes; proactively monitor corporate expenses to prevent financial leakage and optimize liquid capital across all group companies. Strategically manage, forecast, and balance cash flow requirements; oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) to maintain healthy working capital cycles. Formulate accurate monthly financial reports (including P&L and statement of cash flows) to deliver data-driven financial insights that support key executive business decisions. Track, analyze, and report on individual project profitability and cost performance to ensure projects align with budgeted margins. Oversee total purchasing and procurement processes; implement and mandate a structured Purchase Order (PO) system while reviewing supplier pricing to support strategic negotiations. Guarantee absolute compliance with Cambodian tax regulations; supervise accurate tax filings, maintain flawless documentation, and serve as the primary liaison for external accountants and auditors. Oversee administrative processes and internal policies to streamline operational workflows and maximize cross-company record-keeping efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and drive accountability within the accounting and administrative teams, fostering a culture of discipline, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance and accounting. Prior experience within construction, project-based operations, or trading business environments is highly preferred. Proven track record in strict financial control, strategic cash flow management, procurement oversight, and operational cost control. Deep understanding of Cambodia’s tax structures, regulatory compliance, and audit preparation. A highly practical, "hands-on" professional capable of building financial frameworks and internal systems from the ground up. Strong interpersonal skills with comfort and confidence working directly alongside business owners and executive stakeholders.
